Giving Tree- Help this committee by signing up to distribute needed gifts during lunches. See the NHS door for the sign-up sheet. Also, please take an ornament off the tree! Up to 3 credits can be earned by helping at lunches or purchasing gifts.
Latvian Clothing Drive- Please help Latvians in need. Donate 5 pieces of clothing for .5 credit and 10 pieces for 1 credit.
Juvenile Diabetes - Help the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund by stopping by the NHS office and picking up an envelope of paper shoes. Each envelope contains 10 shoes and is worth .5 credit. "Sell" the shoes for $1 each. Write the donor's name(s) on the shoes and return the envelope with the shoes and collected money to the NHS office. A maximum of 1 credit (or 2 envelopes) can be earned.
Lord's Pantry Beef Dinner- January 18th, 2007- Listen for opportunities to help with this event. Credit will be offered for making posters/flyers to promote the event, helping and attending the dinner.
Tutoring- We have an increasing need for the tutors throughout the year. Please send your available study halls (days, periods) and subjects (including what levels - ex. Spanish I-V) to
